1.  Prepare a one page summary (400 to 500 words) about your project and its results. State the core idea, the innovative content, the main results, and possibly first evaluations. Please use MS-WORD to ensure compatibility.

2.  Answer the following three questions:

a. What are the benefits of your work to the world of sports and health?
b. What is the future potential of your work?
c. In what form could your work be exhibited?

3.  Include a minimum of five illustrations (Data specifications: .tif- or .png-files, preferably zipped) and a video showing your work in action! (maximum file size: 30MB)

4.  Supply your name, address, phone number and the directions of your institution.

5.  Mail all this to: applications@AcademicChallengeAward.org by August 31st, 2009!
